This is a commission-based opportunity with expected first-year earnings of $100,000+ for successful performers; actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and project volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate residential roofing opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
• Inspect residential roofs, identify customer needs, and present clear repair or replacement options.
• Serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact from the initial consultation through project completion and final payment.
• Prepare proposals and project documentation, then coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Manage project details, budgets, change orders, customer communication, and collections from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Residential roofing, restoration, in-home sales, or outside sales experience is preferred; a strong record of sales success may substitute.
• Proven ability to prospect, build trust, follow up consistently, and close sales.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills, plus comfort using a smartphone and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely climb and inspect roofs when needed.
