Job Summary: Registered Nurse
We are excited to announce an opening for an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team! As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) at Complete Care at Berkshire, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Your expertise and dedication will enable our team to deliver compassionate care, tailored to each patient's unique needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities: Registered Nurse
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
