Billet Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Home Health & Hospice team serving patients throughout Globe, Miami, Superior, Kearny, Winkelman, Payson, Roosevelt, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a CNA with Billet Health, you will provide hands-on care to our geriatric patients while working alongside our Director of Nursing and RN Case Managers to support each patient's individualized plan of care.

We believe our clinicians should have the flexibility to create a schedule that works for them. You set the pace.

As patients come onto service, our staffing team will contact you when coverage is needed. You can choose how much work you want to take on based on your availability and schedule.

Whether you're looking to stay busy with multiple visits each day or simply want to pick up a few visits each week, you have the flexibility to determine your workload.

• Flexible PRN scheduling
• You coordinate visit times directly with your patients
• No set appointment times from Billet
• Visits are typically 45–60 minutes
• Opportunities available throughout Globe, Miami, Superior, Kearny, Winkelman, Payson, Roosevelt, and surrounding communities
• Mileage/travel expectations are based on your designated service territory

Qualifications

To be considered for a CNA position with Billet Health, you must have:

• Active CNA certification/license in the state of practice
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Current CPR or BLS Certification
• Valid TB test
• • Skin test within the last year or
  • Chest X-ray within the last five years
• Reliable transportation

Home Health and/or Hospice experience is preferred. Experience caring for geriatric patients is also highly valued.
