Are you a proven automotive sales leader ready to take ownership of a growing dealership's sales operation?

Big Rapids CDJR is looking for an energetic, driven, and results-focused Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop talent, and drive dealership growth. This is an opportunity to join one of West Michigan's most respected dealer groups and make an immediate impact.

We are seeking a leader who can motivate a team, create accountability, improve processes, and help our sales staff consistently achieve their goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants
Desk deals and assist in closing transactions
Recruit, train, and develop sales talent
Hold the team accountable to performance goals
Drive lead management and follow-up processes
Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance
Build strong customer relationships and community connections
Work closely with Finance and Fixed Operations teams
Create a positive, high-performance sales culture

What We're Looking For

Automotive dealership management experience preferred
Strong closing and desking skills
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Ability to coach and develop employees
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
