Sr Account ManagerAs an Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success of our building automation solutions within the government vertical. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.You will report to the Sales Manager and work remotely when not visiting clients. The territory for this role is Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire or Massachusetts candidate can live within one of these locations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationshipsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutionsIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutionsLead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account managementMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growthCOMPENSATION The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 92k-135k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 92k-135k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.
