We will rely on you to work with the production team to ensure products are produced and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations.Our ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, reliable, and strives to maintain the highest standards of quality for all of our products.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all production manufacturing processes are followed according to prescribed SOP's while also identifying opportunities to improve efficienciesPrepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to state regulationsPrepare material for production, processing, and assembling cannabis and materials to form pre-rolls, weighing it on a certified scale to the exact weight and placing the product in appropriate bins/bags/storageMaintains the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and the workplace at the end of every day.Assists the production team with daily activities of assigned shifts and helps with tasks as delegated by the lead or managerContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededAdheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulationsManages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality workNecessary Skills:Works successfully in a team settingRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job2 - 4 years – experience in the production field or similar manufacturing environment2 - 4 years – experience in positionRequired Qualifications:The packager position requires an H.S. diploma or G.E.D. equivalentMust be twenty-one (21) years of ageMust consent to a criminal background check performed by the company and/or the Department of Health ServicesEmployment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Department of Health ServicesValid state issued IDFull-Time Benefits:Employee discount on website merchandise10 paid holidaysSick time; available after 90 daysHealth, dental, vision, & life insurance; available after 90 days (50% employer-sponsored plans)Vacation time; available after 1 year of employmentPaid parental leave; available after 1 year of employmentAnnual performance bonus
