Join a fast-paced restoration team helping homeowners and businesses get back on their feet after water, fire, and other property damage.

No restoration experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person. If you’re dependable, hands-on, willing to learn, and ready to work, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Respond to homes and businesses affected by water and fire damage
• Help with cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work
• Use professional equipment and learn industry techniques
• Work alongside experienced technicians and learn on the job
• Communicate with customers and help them through stressful situations
• Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and professionally

THIS IS MORE THAN AN ENTRY-LEVEL JOB

Start with the basics. Master the skills. Take on more responsibility. Move up.

As you gain experience, you can advance into higher-level technician, crew leadership, project management, and other opportunities within the restoration industry.

Experience in construction, remodeling, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, moving, or other hands-on work is a plus—but not required.
