Lease Admin Analyst
Pay Rate on W2: $20 Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm Location: 2 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344
This role will be managing a region, about 400 records. Rent payment processing, reviewing variant reports, processing multiple supplemental and expedited payment profiles, managing relationships between landlords and tenants, addressing open queries, log notes, reports, security deposits, aging reports, check sent wire logs to see if payments have been received/sent, OpEx tracking with the financial analyst team.
Years of Experience needed: 2 - 3 years + Level of Education: H.S Diploma or GED Systems/Software proficiencies: Co-Star or Salesforce preferred Lease Admin System knowledge preferred Microsoft Office Suite
Top Must have Skills: Lease Admin background in order to hit the ground running Knows AP/AR Basic Accounting skills Detail oriented Good communication skills
Top Nice to have Skills: Reporting skills Advanced Excel Skills
