Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Service Location: Broadheadsville, PA
Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate: $28-$32 per hour

Immediate Need:
Broadheadsville, PA - Thursday/Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm AND Saturday/Sunday 9:30am to 5:30pm / 5:30pm to 5:30am

Responsibilities:

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
