Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or strong interest in outpatient orthopedics. Clinic treats ages 1290, with high volume of high school athletes. No pediatrics or neuro caseload.
• Comfort with hands-on manual therapy. Fellowship training preferred or willingness to pursue fellowship (costs covered for participants).

• Annual raises of approximately 3.5% with a history of raises given every year since 2007.

• Brand new growing outpatient clinic opening in Woodlands, TX!
• Caseload of 10-12 patients/day using a team model.
• Competitive salary 70k with a cap of 100K.
• Add-ons: $5k for fellowship participation, $4k average annual bonus, including annual raises
• Ability to create your flexible schedule: 4x10, 5x8
• Clinic culture emphasizes patient satisfaction, hands-on manual therapy, and ongoing training. High patient satisfaction metrics reported.
• Strong desire for manual therapy & outpatient orthopedic skills are preferred.
