This 100% remote role resides in California and oversees CA employment-law compliance, youth-safety background screening, and HR operations for a nationally distributed program portfolio including camps and schools. You will manage HRIS, payroll, benefits, and a team of specialists while partnering with counsel on complex employee matters.
