Chief Capital Formation & Investor Relations

Redwood Digital Group, Inc. in Miami, FL, seeks a Director of Capital Formation & Investor Relations for a full-time, hybrid role.
You will lead capital formation initiatives, build an investor network, and oversee communications with accredited and institutional investors, RIAs, and partners. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage CRM, pipeline forecasting, due diligence materials, and investor updates, while coordinating with the fund admin and counsel.
