Practice Info Employed outpatient practices utilize a hospitalist program for in-patient admissions. Physicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work-life balance. Fully outpatient setting with a state-of-the-art, system-wide integrated electronic health record. Daily Management Systems empower front-line teams to solve problems at the practice level. Unified, network-wide EMR streamlines communication with hospitals and consultants. Secure EMR-integrated AI scribing tools enhance documentation accuracy and reduce time in the EHR. Responsibilities Work with Internal Medicine residents in conjunction with a busy and growing practice. Work with the Program Director to develop and implement continuing medical education. Supervise, educate, mentor, and evaluate internal medicine residents. Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population. Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions. Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients. Compensation Highly competitive base salary along with quality and productivity incentives. Competitive base salary + incentive compensation. Potential hiring bonus and relocation stipend.
