Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Program Manager oversees day‑to‑day clinical and business operations of assigned site(s). Responsibilities include supervising staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing and increase income stability, ensuring quality support services, guiding staff in program processes and available services, building a cohesive team with internal and community stakeholders, and tracking client paperwork and referrals while submitting reports to leadership. Skills & Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred. 1‑3 years of experience in behavioral health required. Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members, and veterans preferred. Behavioral Health Technician certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures. Current driver’s license in good standing.
