Senior Business Analyst

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong analytical ability, including interpreting data, spotting trends, and informing data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated business analysis experience, including gathering and documenting requirements and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to assess and enhance business processes through workflow mapping and optimization.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to present complex information to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in defining and managing requirements for technology, reporting, and operational initiatives.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI is beneficial.
• Experience in associations, facilities management, cleaning, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities part-time.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map and assess business processes, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards, and facilitate discussions to clarify stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, workflows, and decision-making.
• Support project planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure proposed solutions align with our mission and the needs of our global membership.
