Traveling Compliance Assistant - Affordable Housing
Allied Residential
Allied Residential is seeking a Compliance Field Assistant to travel between Puget Sound communities and support HUD/LIHTC compliance, move-ins, and lease-ups with precision. You will help maintain audit-ready files, review income and eligibility, and coordinate certifications while assisting onsite teams and contributing to timely reporting. A strong housing compliance background, MS Office/Yardi experience, and a valid driver's license are beneficial for success in this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Allied Residential
