Entry-Level Commercial Roofing Technician

Full-Time | Starting Pay: $25.00/Hour

As an Entry-Level Commercial Roofing Technician, you will work alongside experienced crews to install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems. This is a hands-on position that offers paid training, career advancement opportunities, and the chance to learn a valuable skilled trade.

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, metal, and other roofing materials
• Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment
• Follow company safety policies and jobsite procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area
• Support crew members with daily roofing operations as needed

• Minimum of 1 year of outdoor, labor-intensive work experience required (construction, landscaping, roofing, farming, agriculture, or similar fields)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cascade, IA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
