What You'll Do Lead and inspire a talented team of educators, fostering collaboration and a positive culture. Implement and maintain health, safety, and licensing standards that keep kids safe and happy. Strategically grow enrollment through effective marketing and community outreach. Manage daily school operations, from staffing and budgeting to parent communications and record‑keeping. Cultivate an environment rich with learning opportunities, special events, and joyful experiences. Requirements Proven leadership experience in early childhood education – 3+ years preferred. Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
