Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough client assessments via telehealth to evaluate mental health conditions and individual needs, employing evidence-based screening tools and interviews. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's mental health challenges, ensuring alignment with clinical best practices. \n
- Deliver one-on-one psychotherapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' emotional and behavioral issues. \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions as appropriate, encouraging peer support and discussion among participants who may share common experiences. \n
- Regularly monitor client progress against treatment goals and make necessary adjustments to care plans, documenting all interactions and developments within our electronic medical records (EMR) system. \n
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care. \n
You will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique challenges and facilitate their paths toward recovery, utilizing telehealth methods to ensure accessibility and comfort.

- A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required. \n
- A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. \n
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is necessary, with a strong emphasis on providing telehealth services. \n
