Maintenance Technician II

CNC Machine Maintenance TechnicianCNC machine maintenance for vertical, horizontal, lathe and other complex equipment. Technician works at a high expected level of performance and readiness for production equipment, balancing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and the installation of new equipment. This position includes facility support for equipment.Job Responsibilities:Performs preventative and predictive maintenanceCalibrates and adjusts pallet changers, linear and rotary axesChecks for flatness, alignment, and offset of table, machine, and toolingTroubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems down to component levelBalance and prioritize workload while staging necessary tools and equipmentResearch parts down to appropriate vendorMaintain accurate on time records for CMMSFollow company safety standardsWork in team focused environment assisting others in completion of tasksSafety and OSHA complianceMust be a team player as measured by his/her peersPerforms other related duties assignedRequirements:Required:High School Diploma or equivalent3-5 years' maintenance experience with CNC equipment or complex equipmentExperience using hand tools and test equipmentTakes ownership of production equipmentAbility to read and understand schematics, P&ID, technical diagrams/documentationAble to operate forklift, scissor lift, hoist or other support equipment as neededCustomer service orientatedDesired:Someone who proactively addresses concerns and potential issues prior to them negatively impacting businessSomeone who is personally committed to owning the outcome of identified results with a proven record of success and ownership when achieving goalsA strong initiative with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamA problem solver with a solution focused mindset
