Agricultural Scientist

Overview SR. Formulations Scientist / Senior Scientist with a focus on agricultural applications. This role leads formulation and encapsulation development, driving lab-based R&D projects and collaborating with external partners to develop and characterize innovative delivery systems for bioactive compounds. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scientist to lead formulation and encapsulation development efforts, with a strong focus on agricultural applications. This role will drive lab-based R&D projects, partnering closely with external collaborators and clients, to develop and characterize innovative delivery systems for bioactive compounds. Key Responsibilities Lead all stages of formulation and encapsulation development, including method development, characterization, and optimization. Design and execute laboratory-based research projects, often in collaboration with external partners and clients. Develop and refine delivery systems to enhance the performance of microbial and biological actives. Translate scientific insights into actionable product development strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, commercial) and external stakeholders. Stay current on scientific and regulatory trends relevant to formulation and agricultural product development. Communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and scientific publications. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Masters with 5+ years of experience Deep expertise in formulation science , biochemistry , or chemical/biological engineering . Experience with agricultural formulations (e.g., seed treatments) is highly desirable. Knowledge of encapsulation technologies and delivery systems.
