Program Manager

Springwell is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Program Manager to join our leadership team. Compensation: $75,000. POSITION DESCRIPTION Springwell is seeking a Program Manager for our Senior Care Options (SCO) and One Care department. This Program Manager oversees contracts with 6 private health insurance companies. They are responsible for the direct administrative and clinical supervision of 4 Supervisors, over a team of approximately 20 service/care coordinators. This Program Manager has to stay informed of the ever‑changing program expectations while providing leadership and direction to the team. They must engage in QA/QI activities to ensure compliance and pursue continuous quality improvement. They must be able to maintain positive and collaborative relationships with external partners, including clinical and fiscal contacts. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred. Three years’ experience working with older and/or disabled adults. Two years’ experience as a Supervisor or Program Manager.
