Labor & Employment AttorneyWe are one of California's largest litigation firm, and we're seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our highly regarded team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated employment litigation alongside some of the state's most accomplished trial lawyers.Billables are ~2000 and compensation is up to $300K base + additional incentives. Trial experience is required. This role is on-site.The ideal candidate will have strong experience representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including single-plaintiff matters, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and PAGA litigation. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution while working directly with clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Qualifications5+ years of labor & employment litigation experienceExperience defending employers in California employment mattersStrong knowledge of California and federal employment lawsExperience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearancesExcellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsAdmission to the California Bar in good standingWhat You'll DoManage a diverse employment litigation caseloadDraft and argue substantive motionsConduct depositions and oversee discoveryRepresent clients at mediations, hearings, and trialsProvide strategic counseling to employers on employment-related issuesCollaborate with experienced trial attorneys on high-profile matters
