Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Apply Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to boost patients' motor competencies, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and amend treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients advancing

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license mandatory
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification essential
