Red Rock Territory sales representative opening:We’re growing our team!Position summaryRed Rock pharmacy is seeking a motivated territory sales representative to join our growing compounding pharmacy team for multiple regions across Florida. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding business within an assigned geographic territory and will require travel.Key responsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote pharmacy services.Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement. Learn the market players and actively engage to drive new business.Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction to retain current clients.Networking: Attend industry events, and community engagements to build professional connections.Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.About usRed Rock Pharmacy is a closed-door, long-term-care pharmacy.
