Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage. Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and setup of specialty drying equipment. Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies. Communicate job site findings, safety concerns, and progress with supervisors. Interact with customers with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. Ensure each job site meets SERVPRO® quality and safety standards. Position Requirements Valid driver’s license Willingness to work on-call shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Previous restoration, construction, or related experience preferred IICRC certification a plus (training provided) Physical Requirements Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance) Work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, heights, outdoors) Safely operate and work around cleaning and restoration equipment Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry materials and tools Why SERVPRO® of Mountain Home & Harrison We’re a faith-driven, people-focused team that works hard, helps others, and takes pride in excellence.
