Position overview We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter at Xpress Wellness and Integrity you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced and dynamic organization. We are looking for a recruiter with experience in the nursing home setting. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Create and post job advertisements on various platforms Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone and in-person interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Requirements Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
