Business AnalystA fortune 200 company's Global Connected Services (GCS) organization is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Global Over-the-Air (GOTA) delivery team. This team is responsible for delivering and enhancing OTA (Over-the-Air) update services used across all vehicles globally.This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into user stories, process flows, specifications, and acceptance criteria. They will partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Development Teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders across North America, Europe, and India to ensure OTA solutions meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements.On a daily basis, the Business Analyst will support global onboarding, application configuration, and implementation activities while helping drive enhancements to the company's connected vehicle services. Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder discussions, supporting API and system integration initiatives, coordinating testing activities such as SIT and UAT, documenting business processes, and preparing the business for project and product rollouts.Success in this role will come from effectively translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, driving collaboration across geographically distributed teams, improving business processes, and helping deliver OTA capabilities that create value for their customers around the world.
