About Our Client
Our client is a highly respected commercial general contractor serving the Chicagoland area across sectors including corporate interiors, healthcare, education, retail, and municipal construction.
Job Description
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and procurement efforts.
- Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractor communication and project logistics.
- Track project costs and assist with forecasting.
- Attend client and project meetings.
- Support project closeout activities.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure successful project execution.
The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
