Schedule: Monday-Friday (No Weekends) Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapist-led team. This role is ideal for someone who values a predictable weekday schedule and appreciates flexibility while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois COTA license
• SNF experience preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with Net Health is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $28-$34 per hour
• $200 CEU/licensure reimbursement every two years
