What You’ll Be Doing

As a Team Member at BLENDED, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving fresh smoothies, juices, and other menu items with care and precision.
• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting guests with a smile and assisting them with their orders.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including regular cleaning tasks.
• Handling point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Supporting your teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual with the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or food service role.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• A team player who values collaboration and communication.
