Why Join the CRD Team A stable, respected builder with nearly 100 years of construction excellence The opportunity to work on diverse, unique, and high-quality projects Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities A casual, team-oriented work environment with approachable leadership A newly renovated office just ten minutes from downtown Phoenixville Freedom to contribute ideas and improve processes The ability to make a real impact on the company’s direction The opportunity to help mentor younger team members and shape the future of the estimating department A company that values relationships, client service, and craftsmanship What You’ll Do Prepare accurate, detailed, and organized estimates and proposals Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids Develop and help manage project budgets and preliminary schedules Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients Collaborate closely with project managers and company leadership What We’re Looking For 5+ years of estimating experience (senior-level candidates encouraged) Experience in general contracting or construction management estimating strongly preferred (experience limited to a single trade (electrical, mechanical, etc.) is less aligned with this role) Background in commercial, institutional, and/or high-end residential construction Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with estimating software such as Sage, Pipeline, or similar Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus program Profit sharing 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our headquarters in Kimberton, Pennsylvania.
