As a trusted advisor and operational partner, you will drive key initiatives, solve complex business challenges, and ensure execution of the firm's most important priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, management, and leadership, offering visibility across the firm and the opportunity to help shape our future. What You'll Do Partner directly with the Co-US Managing Partners to advance strategic priorities and business objectives. Lead high-impact initiatives that span practices, offices, and business services functions. Provide insights and recommendations that inform executive decision-making. Monitor operational and financial performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and drive action. Translate strategy into execution by coordinating complex projects and holding stakeholders accountable for results. Develop executive communications, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership audiences. Serve as a key connector across firm leadership, facilitating alignment, collaboration, and effective decision-making. Support transformational initiatives, organizational change efforts, and integration activities across the U.S. business. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, executive leadership support, consulting, professional services management, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related discipline with JD or MBA preferred. Exceptional business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive results through influence and collaboration. Executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Sound judgment, discretion, interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate sensitive and confidential matters. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
