Chief People Officer - Healthcare HR Leadership

Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks a senior HR executive to serve as VP of HR for Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC). You will lead the HR function across JHBMC and partner with the SVP of HR at JHM and JHHS central HR to implement innovative programs and ensure high employee engagement. You will advise senior leadership on labor relations, workforce planning, compensation, and change management, while guiding diversity and inclusion initiatives and HR technology deployment.
