Responsibilities

- Assemble, package, and label medical devices and pharmaceutical products following GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work instructions and product specifications.
- Interpret and complete manufacturing documentation, batch records, and production logs accurately.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet rigorous quality requirements.
- Monitor production metrics, report downtime, and help achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure material availability and manage non-conforming materials according to procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following 5S and cleanroom practices.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE and follow safety protocols.
- Communicate production issues, risks, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Support calibration, work orders, validation, and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with training new associates and serve as a backup in other areas as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 4 months of manufacturing experience.
- High School Diploma or GED (verified).
- Demonstrated ability to follow GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical assembly.
- Familiarity with 5S, cleanroom standards, and continuous improvement processes.
- Previous exposure to calibration or validation activities.
- Additional training or certifications in manufacturing or quality.
