We’re looking for a Residential Executive Superintendent to join our Brevard office. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple residential projects, provide leadership to project teams, and ensure each job is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You’ll serve as the key field leader, bridging the gap between project managers, field staff, and homeowners, while building trust and driving results.

What makes you stand out?

• You have 10+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership/superintendent role
• You’re highly skilled in managing remodels, additions, and custom builds from the ground up
• You know how to read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and project specs with ease
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
• You inspire and mentor field teams, subcontractors, and junior superintendents by leading through example
• You communicate clearly and build strong, trusting relationships with clients, teammates, and trade partners

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple residential projects in Asheville and surrounding areas
• Leading field staff, superintendents, and subcontractors to deliver work on time and within budget
• Ensuring all work meets Andrew Roby’s quality standards, as well as local building codes and inspection requirements
• Coordinating with project managers, architects, owners, and trade partners to resolve challenges
• Monitoring schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Upholding safety protocols and maintaining clean, organized jobsites
• Representing Andrew Roby’s reputation for family, craftsmanship, and integrity in every project you touch
