About the role
As Sales Executive, you will be part of the US regional sales team for Syncron. In your day-to-day work, you will lead the sales activities to expand our customer footprint and develop new logos to continue our growth.
What would you do?
* Develop targeted enterprises together with the Sales Development Rep (SDR) Teams to drive outreach with compelling pitches, and to develop new business relationships based on clearly defined target accounts.
* Work with a talented team of solution consultants to mature pipeline sales cycles by formulating and executing win strategies, executed directly and/or through partnership.
* Engage with the value engineering team to create high-value propositions with compelling ROI, to then convey in a credible way to decision makers.
* Lead opportunities to successful closure, aligning with internal Professional Services, Legal and Finance teams.
* Work with the Customer Success and Global Support teams to ensure value realization in accordance with the business case presented.

You're motivated by opportunity - a territory full of potential business to uncover and develop. Your experience tells you when to temper your sense of urgency and nurture a relationship, and when to initiate a close. You iteratively balance development of opportunities from your SDR, and sales execution, structuring your weeks accordingly. Likewise, you create a detailed plan for success. With your team, you systematically discuss the right actions for the best path forward and ensure that actions to be taken are executed effectively.
What we expect:
* SaaS Enterprise sales experience with a focus on value
* Deep understanding of prospecting and hunting for accounts
* Field Service/ Warranty Management, Pricing or Supply Chain domain areas is essential
* Sales experience in Medical Device, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Construction & Mining, Agriculture Equipment, Aerospace & Defence beneficial too
