Job Summary

Install, troubleshoot, secure, repair, implement, and manage hospital-wide computing resources such as PCs, notebooks, thin clients, tablets, smartphones, printers, copiers, fax machines and scanners. Develop, distribute and maintain desktop images and software packages. Resolve technical related issues via phone, e-mail, in person via trouble ticket system and respond to those issues according to department policies. Work directly with customers to solve any and all Information Technology issues. Work is governed by broad instructions, objectives, and policies. Provide excellent customer service at all times.

This position is NOT REMOTE. Must be able to work 100% on-site daily.


Required Qualifications

- Require an Associate's degree or equivalent from two (2) year college or technical school; or a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Require ability to work any scheduled shift and to respond to on-call situations.
- Require current A+ certification and one (1) IT Industry Recognized Certification, which must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer date. A Bachelor's degree in relevant field may substitute for Industry Recognized Certification

- Prefer demonstrated ability to exercise considerable initiative and independent analytical and evaluative judgment.
