Focus on providing ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Rehabilitation programs are customized and individualized to meet the specific needs of patients recovering from various conditions. Conditions treated include stroke, brain injury, neurological issues, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The aim is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Provision of neurological rehabilitation for those experiencing injury to the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. Rehabilitation includes support for movement, speaking, swallowing, breathing, and learning challenges. Treatment plans address spinal cord injuries, enhancing physical, emotional, and psychological abilities. Care for individuals with brain injuries includes recognition of unique needs and structured rehabilitation. A multidisciplinary team delivers stroke rehabilitation to help regain function and navigate its physical and psychological effects. Effective rehabilitation for patients who have undergone amputation focuses on restoring strength, confidence, and mobility. Orthopedic rehabilitation prepares patients recovering from fractures, dislocations, or joint replacements for a return to home and community. Objectives include gait training, stair climbing, transfer training, muscle strengthening, fall safety, and activities of daily living. Position creation is due to new or expanded service line.
