The Equipment Sustainment Manager will focus on root cause analysis, Field service data analysis, concurrent engineering, and qualifying proposed solutions. Cross functional collaboration will be required to streamline solution execution and validation. The Equipment Sustainment Manager will prioritize and oversee the sustainment teams work to push productivity. This role is critical as we strive to reduce equipment maintenance cost and down time. The Travel will be required to visit vendors and store locations.

As an Equipment Development Manager, you will…

• Leverage skills for root cause analysis

• Analize service data to establish trends to focus resources for solving problems.

• Remain current, shares, and creates engineering standards and methodology.

• Leverage understanding of organization's engineering standards and best practices.

• Optimize engineering resources to solve problems.

• Collaborate, influence, and support within the team and cross-functional peers.

• Demonstrates interpersonal skills and builds relationships within organization and supplier network.

• Coach and role model a positive and productive work environment.

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Education: BS Engineering with 7 plus years of experience

• Knowledge of commercial food service equipment

• Knowledge of experimental design and statistics

• Knowledge of technical engineering design, development, certifications, and standards

• Able to clearly, quickly (impromptu) and independently represent technical findings, express interpretation of results, engineering point of view and recommend direction through both written and spoken forms of communication.

• Able to present and tailor communications to all levels of leadership, both within and outside functional boundaries.

• Acute knowledge of diverse approaches to innovation, design, and consumer understanding.
