What You'll Do As A Store Manager You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Workers must be able to prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment efficiently, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for four hours, reach across counter tops, work quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts. Pay Range Pay Range: $33 per hour - $36 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee that any associate will earn any bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of its bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
