Product Only Supervisor

Responsibilities Provide supervision, mentoring, and organization for a team of colleagues responsible for the setup of Product Only enrollments, coordinating efforts to ensure accuracy and timely setups; implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure maximum productivity is achieved and established department goals are met. Develop, maintain, and standardize ETL processes required to extract, transform, cleanse, and move data and metadata into target databases. Ensure customer/vendor deliverables meet legal requirements for the proper handling of HIPAA protected information, overseeing team production for the successful and accurate delivery of data files to employer customers and carriers. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university. If commensurate experience is acceptable in lieu of specific education requirement, please describe: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience in the insurance field equivalent to five years working in sales/administration. Technical Skills & Requirements Proficiency with PC Windows‑based software, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong technical and analytical skills. Diplomacy. Decision‑making skills. Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
