We are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a busy, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellent customer service, adept at problem-solving, and skilled in identifying customer needs. Experience working with utility services or within a sales-driven environment is highly preferred. Strong communication abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries, billing questions, and service concerns promptly and professionally
• Proactively identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services, helping customers find the best solutions for their needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues or product concerns efficiently
• Update customer records accurately based on interactions to ensure detailed documentation
• Stay informed about evolving utility regulations, products, and services to provide expert assistance
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, focusing on retention and long-term satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer service quality and sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Positive, professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude when interacting with clients and team members
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate with and assist a diverse range of clients
