Scrum Master

Scrum MasterThe Scrum Master will lead and facilitate Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) planning activities across the enterprise, ensuring alignment between business strategy and delivery execution. This role drives Agile ceremonies-including Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives-while supporting backlog management and cross-team coordination. The Scrum Master partners closely with key stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to promote continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery of high-value, customer-focused solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.Manage and maintain program and team backlogs, ensuring alignment with priorities and business objectives.Collaborate with product owners, delivery teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and met.Remove impediments and proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.Support Agile maturity and promote adoption of SAFe best practices across the organization.Participate in enterprise-level planning events and strategic alignment meetings with IT leadership and stakeholders.Track team performance and provide metrics to support decision making and continuous improvement.QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of professional experience serving as a Scrum Master, Release Train on technology or enterprise programs.Must be a US Citizen -Able to obtain a Public TrustBachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and project planning methodologies.Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Professional certifications (at least one preferred):Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent (PSM I/II)SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
