Clinician - Healthcare

Schedule
8 HR Days - 8AM to 4PM, primarily Monday to Friday

Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care to an average of 14 patients per day.
- Implement treatment plans and assess patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and facility policies.
