What Your Day Looks Like 

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships and built in documentation time, so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.

 

What We're Offering 

Compensation options

Hourly ($33-35) or pay-per-billed-visit ($42–$54/hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.  

Schedule flexibility and time off

Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and customizable schedules! We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.

• $250 CEU reimbursement , increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure  

• Woven's Clinical Advancement Program , where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Up to $8,000 in bonus!

What You Need 

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program 

• Colorado DORA PTA license, or eligible to obtain

• 5+ years of clinical experience
