Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Troy, MO
Salary Range: $60K - $110K (DOE)
Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee pipeline and heavy civil construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from pre construction through closeout
- Promote and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance across all projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans
- Track project costs and performance against budget and schedule
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution
- Prepare estimates including quantity takeoffs, vendor pricing, and subcontractor bids
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to support field operations
- Manage change orders, cost forecasting, and project reporting
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients
- Support senior project managers on larger or more complex projects as needed
- Travel to job sites, meetings, and client locations as required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience in pipeline, utility, or heavy civil construction (Helpful)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of B2W or Viewpoint (Desired)
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
