Operations Coordinator --- Genesis Lifestyle Medicine Genesis Lifestyle Medicine is a leading national medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and aesthetics practice with 18 clinics and counting. We deliver patient‑first care in a fast‑growing, high‑energy environment, and we're looking for an Operations Coordinator to help us scale. This is a hybrid remote position, and we are seeking candidates in either the Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ markets, where our executive teams are located. What You’ll Do Support executive leaders with scheduling, meetings, travel, and reporting Process payroll and maintain confidential records Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation for new hires Compile and analyze operational data for decision‑making Manage updates for key systems like Zenoti and Workvivo Support special projects, vendor management, and corporate events What We’re Looking For Organized, proactive problem‑solver who thrives on keeping things running Experience supporting senior leadership (healthcare or multi‑site ops preferred) Detail‑oriented, with strong communication and project management skills Tech‑savvy, comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and learning new systems Professional, discreet, and able to juggle multiple priorities Why Genesis?
