The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.Implement Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes.Create technical documentation and maintain development standards.Required SkillsStrong experience with Salesforce CRM Platform.Hands-on expertise in: Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL & SOSL Flows and Process Automation Experience with Salesforce APIs and Integrations.Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Understanding of Salesforce data models and security architecture.Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.Salesforce Administrator Certification.Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $115000 to $138059 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
