Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Experience: 8+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a Functional Architect to analyze and solutionize business requirements using Salesforce.
Design scalable, high-quality solutions primarily on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
Guide and collaborate with Salesforce Developers to ensure successful delivery of designed solutions.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Support integrations, configurations, and enhancements across Salesforce platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

Competencies:

Strong functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Ability to drive solution design and architecture discussions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to lead teams and provide technical/functional guidance.

Required Technical Skills:

Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automations
Integration knowledge across Salesforce ecosystem
Understanding of data modeling and security within Salesforce

Must-Have Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong functional architecture capabilities.
Proven experience designing and solutioning complex Salesforce implementations.
Expertise in Sales & Service Cloud (primary requirement).
Ability to guide and oversee Salesforce developers in delivering solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and lifecycle management.
